(Aug. 15, 2019) \u2014 On Thursday night\u2019s \u201cHannity,\u201d Fox News Legal Analyst Gregg Jarrett told host Sean Hannity that former White House occupant Barack Obama was aware of the FBI and CIA\u2019s counterintelligence probe and surveillance of members of the 2016 Trump presidential campaign. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In discussing the implosion of the Trump-Russia \u201ccollusion\u201d probe with no findings of conspiracy by the Mueller report released in April, Hannity asked Jarrett if the origins of the probe into \u201cthe campaign, transition and presidency and the counterintelligence investigation might go into the office of Barack Obama.\u201d <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
