The Americans are  better at laughing at other people&#8217;<\/em><\/strong><\/li><li><strong><em>He  added: &#8216;There\u2019s a kind of egotism out there: &#8220;Oh, they were making fun  of me.&#8221;&nbsp;Never heard of you.
