CBS crime drama The Good Fight tweeted an image on Friday from a recent episode, entitled, \u201cThe One Where Diane Joins the Resistance.\u201d The image showed a character pointing to a list of \u201ctarget words\u201d that included the phrases \u201cAssassinate President Trump\u201d and \u201cEliminate Mar-a-Lago.\u201d The tweet,\u00a0which has since been deleted, sparked backlash among Twitter users, many of whom reported CBS to the Secret Service.<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The official CBS Twitter account for The Good Fight asked viewers if they had noticed any \u201cEaster eggs\u201d within the \u201ctarget words\u201d from the Mach episode.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cHmmm\u2026 some of those target words look a little familiar. Did you catch any easter eggs in this scene from The One Where Diane Joins The Resistance? #TheGoodFight\u201d <\/em>tweeted<\/em><\/a> the account on Friday.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The image garnered widespread backlash among Twitter users, who then reported the tweet to the Secret Service.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThreatening the President of the United States is a federal felony under United States Code Title 18, Section 871. It consists of knowingly and willfully mailing or otherwise making \u2018any threat to take the life of, to kidnap, or to inflict bodily harm upon the President\u2019\u201d <\/em>said<\/em><\/a> one Twitter user in a reply to the CBS account.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
