In New York state Trump has now changed his voter registration to Independent.<\/span><\/p>\n

According to Trump’s Attorney, Michael Cohen (via the Los Angeles Times), “Mr. Trump has said for almost a year that if he is not satisfied with who the Republican candidate is, he may elect to run as an independent. This change in party affiliation certainly preserves his right to do so, after the finale of ‘<\/em><\/span>The Apprentice’ in May<\/em> [2012].”<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n
