The 111th United States Congress – A MONUMENT to Their Cowardly Inaction Regarding Obama? – Are they as a group destined to live in INFAMY?

Guest post by B. Steadman

On or shortly after July 4th, 2010 LUCAS DANIEL SMITH sent an important letter concerning a subject having potential serious impact on NATIONAL SECURITY, to each of the 539 members of the 111th United States Congress. (6 letters were included that went to non-voting members of territories.  House District 3 Seat of Indiana and House District 29 Seat of New York were vacant at the time)  Identical letters, except for the designated recipient, were individually signed, notarized, addressed and sent to every US Senator and Member of Congress via USPS Certified Mail.

A copy of one of Mr. Smith’s letters, including accompanying documents, is linked below:

Letter to Congress, July 4, 2010, Lucas Daniel Smith

The mailing package contained a 5 page letter explaining in detail how Mr. Smith personally obtained a certified copy of the August 4, 1961 birth certificate of Barack Hussein Obama II on February 19, 2009 directly from the birth hospital in MOMBASA, KENYA.  A high resolution copy of Mr Obama’s Kenyan birth certificate, along with several other important documents were included with the letter.

Mr. Obama has claimed, starting prior to the 2008 election cycle, that he was born in the U.S. State of Hawaii.  If he was, in fact, born in Kenya, he is a LIAR, FRAUD and IMPOSTER.

Mr. Smith HAS PROVIDED PROOF he informed each member of the U.S. 111th Congress regarding Mr. Obama’s Kenyan birth certificate and has requested that CONGRESS CONDUCT A THOROUGH INVESTIGATION.

No publicly announced Congressional Investigation has occurred.

Copies of all 539 letters to the 111th U.S.  Congress can be viewed at the following link:

4th of July (2010) Letters to US Congress (539) Folder

The cowardly 111th U.S. Congress did NOT DO THEIR JOB of protecting and defending the U.S Constitution against ALL ENEMIES, FOREIGN AND DOMESTIC, starting with their conduction of a publicly announced investigation regarding the true birthplace of Mr. Obama.

I suggest, that if our present 114th Congress also chooses not to conduct a thorough investigation regarding very credible charges that Mr. Obama is a LIAR, FRAUD and IMPOSTER by the time of his normal departure from the office of POTUS in January 2017, that AT THE VERY LEAST, a permanent MONUMENT naming the 539 individuals originally contacted by Mr. Smith back in 2010, be erected in a suitable public location, with the project being coordinated by the American Patriots.

THE MONUMENT SHOULD LIST BY NAME EACH OF THE 539 MEMBERS OF THE 111th U.S. CONGRESS WHO WERE INFORMED NEARLY 5 YEARS AGO THAT AN INVESTIGATION REGARDING MR. OBAMA NEEDED TO BE IMMEDIATELY DONE, BUT CHOSE INSTEAD TO, WITHOUT CHALLENGE, ALLOW OUR REPUBLIC TO BE “FUNDAMENTALLY TRANSFORMED” BY MR. OBAMA.

I sincerely hope it does not come to this, but perhaps a monument similar to the following will eventually need to be erected to remind the American People of some of the KEY INDIVIDUALS who shamefully betrayed them back in the year 2010:

    @BobJ,

I suppose SAUL ALINSKY would be PROUD of your mastery of his RULE #5, but foul-language, ridicule-based comments ceased any effectiveness they might have had here on the LDS Blog a VERY LONG TIME AGO.

TIP – Alinsky tactics just expose YOUR IMMATURITY and apparent INABILITY to interact intelligently and in a civil manner with the vast majority of our VERY NICE and much APPRECIATED readers.

IN OTHER WORDS – I SUGGEST THAT YOU PLEASE JUST MAKE YOUR F…ING POLITICAL POINTS HERE, and if Alinsky tactics are expected of you by your handlers, use your Alinsky training on other, less sophisticated sites. Thanks.

    WASHINGTON (AP) —
    …………………………………………

The Donald, as he is known as a celebrity, will announce his 2016 intentions on Tuesday at a Manhattan skyscraper that bears his name.

He is a businessman, a reality television star and a master of self-promotion. And should he decide to run, Trump is positioned to have a greater impact on the early months of the Republican presidential primary contest than many GOP leaders would like.

Based on guidelines recently announced by the television networks, Trump could play a prominent role in the upcoming nationally televised Republican debate in August.
    ………………………………………….

… he said he would not renew his contract with NBC for his reality show, “The Apprentice.” He cannot appear on the network and run for president at the same time.

Donald Trump Wants Oprah as His Vice Presidential Candidate

    Mediaite
    Alex Griswold
    6/16/2015

    Excerpt:

In an interview with ABC News’ George Stephanopoulus, newly-announced Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump said that he would love to have talk show host Oprah Winfrey as a vice-presidential candidate.

“Back in 1999, when you were thinking of running as the Reform Party candidate, you told Larry King that you’d consider Oprah for vice president,” Stephanopoulus noted.

“I like Oprah,” Trump said defensively. “What can I tell you?”

“Is she still on your shortlist?”

“No she’s great, she’s talented, she’s a friend of mine…” Trump said. “I think Oprah would be great. I’d love to have Oprah. I think we’d win easily, actually.”

Trump: Oprah’s ‘Terrific’ But She’s Not Running With Me

    Newsmax
    Sandy Fitzgerald
    6/17/2015

    Excerpt:

Donald Trump says he considers fellow billionaire Oprah Winfrey a good friend and a “terrific woman,” but that doesn’t mean he’s going to ask her to join him as his running mate or that she’s even interested.

“George Stephanopoulos interviewed me and he said, ‘would you take Oprah?'” Trump said Wednesday on Fox News’ “Fox & Friends” program. “I said of course I would.”

But Trump, who held his huge presidential campaign announcement in New York City on Tuesday, said the question was posed jokingly in reference to an interview he gave years ago to CNN talk show host Larry King, and that the media have taken off with the latest “news.”

“Give me a break; she’s a friend of mine,” he told Fox News. “She had me on her last show. She had myself and all of my children on the show. She’s a terrific woman. He said that as a joke. Would you do it? I said of course, she’s great. All of a sudden, people make a big deal.”

Trump also on Wednesday showed no signs of backing down on one of the more controversial statements he made during his announcement speech, continuing to slam Mexico, which he said is “not sending their best and finest” to the United States.

“I only tell the truth,” he told the “Fox & Friends” program. “We’re getting drug dealers, sex offenders — I spoke to border guards last week. They said what’s coming into this country is not their best, believe me.”

And while he said he’s sure some “good” people are coming across the border, Mexicans are coming by “walking past security, no checks, no balances.”

Trump added that he doesn’t care if it costs him votes if he talks about the issue.

  13. HistorianDude says:

So… the selection of the U.S. Army Memorial on Last Stand Hill of the Little Bighorn as your “example” is curious to say the least.

Are you suggesting that the men of the 7th Cavalry were guilty of “Cowardly Inaction”? Since this is a monument to people who gave their last full measure of devotion to their nation, no matter how misguided revisionist history declares them to have been, I suspect it is probably a poor choice for your intention.

Or perhaps you are suggesting that the 111th Congress be slaughtered? Death threats are certainly not uncommon among birthers, and actual murderous behavior by birthers is certainly not unknown. But to advocate the massacre of hundreds of our elected representatives is beyond the pale, even for you guys.

Or perhaps I am myself over thinking, and this was just the latest in almost a decade of oblivious birther whining; the clueless hand-wringing of the cretin class, unaware that everything they believe is simply wrong, and too possessed by their own hatred and bigotry to reach any level of conscious coherence.

History has shown that there will always be a community of obdurate failures who go to their graves insisting that their defeat was unjust even when it was not. No, slavery was not ordained by God. No, the Third Reich would not last for a thousand years. No, the sun does not orbit the earth.

And no, Barack Obama was not born in Kenya.

If we review the following post (among other posts):

Whatever became of the Lucas Daniel Smith 4th of July (2010) Letter to United States Congress?

we learn that at the time of the letter to Congress project there were two vacant seats in the House of Representatives:

    (a) House District 3 of Indiana

    (b) House District 29 of New York

In conclusion it appears that only 533 “voting” members received a letter during the 2010 project.

Don’t get why Bruce used the Last Stand Memorial. The Benedict Arnold London grave site would of been more appropriate.

Great suggestion for a logo on all Obot sites:

Dude got his jollies watching Baltimore & Ferguson burning.

I’ll never forget being on Dr Con’s propaganda blog & reading the Obots sympathizing with Eugene Cox.

  21. Brian Hicks says:

A review of the website Congress.gov specifically lists the following individuals as members of the House of Representatives:

    (1) Representative Norton, Eleanor Holmes (Washington, DC)

    (2) Representative Pierluisi, Pedro R. (Puerto Rico)

    (3) Representative Faleomavaega, Eni F. H. (American Samoa) (January 3, 1989 – January 3, 2015)

    (4) Representative Sablan, Gregorio Kilili Camacho (Northern Mariana Islands)

    (5) Representative Bordallo, Madeleine Z. (Guam)

    (6) Representative Christensen, Donna M. (Virgin Islands) (January 3, 1997 – January 3, 2015)

  22. Brian Hicks says:

    @ bob:

Your comment suggests that you are likely a racist.

Why is it that you want to classify representatives from the US territories and commonwealths as not being “members” of US Congress?

Your line of racist thinking seems to fit somewhat better with the line of thinking that was used more than 100 years ago in Downes v. Bidwell, 182 U.S. 244 (1901):

If those possessions are inhabited by alien races, differing from us in religion, customs, laws, methods of taxation and modes of thought, the administration of government and justice, according to Anglo-Saxon principles, may for a time be impossible; and the question at once arises whether large concessions ought not to be made for a time, that, ultimately, our own theories may be carried out, and the blessings of a free government under the Constitution extended to them. We decline to hold that there is anything in the Constitution to forbid such action.

The lead opinion in that case was written by the same Justice (Henry Billings Brown – Associate Justice of the United States Supreme Court ) in Plessy v. Ferguson, 163 U.S. 537 (1896) who upheld the constitutionality of state laws requiring racial segregation in public facilities under the doctrine of “separate but equal”.

Bob, do you know that approximately 25% of all land in Guam is used by the US military and that approximately 1/8 of the population of indigenous Guamanians (or Chamorros) are US military veterans?

Yet these same veterans cannot vote for US President and their seat in the US Congress does not have the power to vote?

And you, Bob, you don’t even want to recognize Guam’s elected representative as being a “member” of US Congress?

At least the Court in Downes v. Bidwell (1901) used wording like, “may for a time be impossible” and “ought not to be made for a time”, suggesting that these were just temporary measures. But here we are more than 100 years later and you, Bob, you don’t even want to conceded that elected representatives from the US territories and commonwealths are “members” of the US Congress.

I suggest that you reeducate and perhaps take a timeout to watch the following helpful and informative video:

    bob wrote:

    Provide proof, you lying wanker.

  26. BobJ says:

    @ Bruce:
Nice way to change the subject, Bruce.

What does LLDS have on you?

  27. Rambo Ike says:

    @ Slow:

Lying wanker? You’re slipping, you left out racist & moron. Here’s what you requested:

Satan orders man to kill birthers

Planned to kill Birthers. He wasn’t the only one. There were a good number of Obama loyalists dating back to 2008 making the same kind of threats. I got 3; 1 in 2008 & 2 in 2009.

I tried to tell the Obots then to use some common sense. The low informed read those Obot lies and believe it.

Also in the comment section there are 2 other comments (spin/lies) on my long list of misleading info; 1 from G, and 1 from Dr Con.

  28. bob says:

Stating that Cox believed he was ordered by Satan does not equate sympathy for his actions. And I guess this wasn’t sufficiently clear for you:

The Obama Conspiracy Theories blog condemns all violence and threats of violence as a solution to the Birther problem.

  29. HistorianDude says:

    @ Rambo Ike:
In what has become a bit of a habit for you, your link actually proved that yes, you were in fact being a “lying wanker” when you claimed to have read “the Obots sympathizing with Eugene Cox.” There is nowhere in that post or in the subsequent comments the tiniest shred of sympathy expressed for Cox.

That said, let’s ponder for a second your girlish hand wringing over alleged death threats from “Obots.” It is tempting to see your three from Obots and raise you my eleven from birthers (not counting Corsi’s deliberate attempt in 2011 to get me fired from my job). But hey… sticks and stones, right?

On the other hand hand, there are the examples of the attack on the US Holocaust Memorial Museum by birther James von Brunn in 2009 (one dead), the murderous rampage in Las Vegas by birther couple Jerad and Amanda Miller in 2014 that killed three (not counting themselves) and during which they left behind swastikas and Tea Party Gadsen Flags on their victims and birther Brent David Cole’s 2014 attack in which he shot and wounded a California Highway Patrol officer and a Bureau of Land Management ranger at a Nevada County, California, campground. Cole had even been a follower of Mike Volin’s website on which he was known to post.

As usual, you prove unable to make an accusation, no matter how despicable, without plumbing the depths of irony. In this case, the tragic depths.

  30. HistorianDude says:

It appears that Smith’s claims that this website allows freedom of speech is a deceptive claim, as I suddenly have a rather substantive post in moderation limbo. In the off chance that it will never see the light of day, here’s the crib-note version:

    Current birther body count:
    Four dead, two wounded.

    Current Obot body count:
    Zero.

  31. BobJ says:

    @ Rambo Ike:

You have as much trouble understanding written English as producing it.

Your willful ignorance is impressive; in a sad, sad way.

  32. Rambo Ike says:

    @ bob:

That statement doesn’t reflect what has been going on. And to make it perfectly clear; it’s been from both sides.

  33. Rambo Ike says:

    @ HistorianDude:

I understand, you have to defend your homies. Try Arthur & SirAnus. In contrast to those 2 there is an excellent comment from sfjeff which I completely agree with.

I made it a point last year and was very explicit about it when I said I never had any threats from Obots. Meaning none that you would be considered to be a part of. Is that clear enough for ya? I could make a case for a couple in that thread, especially the 1st one, but there is no sense going back over it. Whatever happened between you & Corsi is none of my business.

You’ve listed a few that would be placed on the Right. I can double & triple that for the Left. It would get very ugly when I connect some of the online agitators that you know to it. There’s more in that article’s comment section that I could make a case for deliberate lying to create racial divide.

  34. BobJ says:

    @ Rambo Ike:
    So do it.

When are you going to publish the lies of the OBOTS?

You write smack, yet you never produce.

Is it because you don’t have the wherewithall to make a claim?

Put up or shut up, CHUMP.

    Can you?

  35. bob says:
