Anyone not born to U.S. citizen parents (plural, meaning both parents), no matter where they were born, can never be a “natural born citizen” of the U.S.
So meant the authors/signators of the U.S. Constitution.
And Kennedy said he was from Berlin.

So he fashioned a new speech on his own. Previously, Kennedy had said that in Roman times, no claim was grander than “I am a citizen of Rome.” For his Berlin speech, he had considered using the German equivalent, “I am a Berliner.”
Moments before taking the stage, during a respite in West Berlin Mayor Willy Brandt’s office, JFK jotted down a few words in Latin and—with a translator’s help—the German version, written phonetically: Ish bin ein Bearleener.
Afterward it would be suggested that Kennedy had got the translation wrong—that by using the article ein before the word Berliner, he had mistakenly called himself a jelly doughnut. In fact, Kennedy was correct. To state Ich bin Berliner would have suggested being born in Berlin, whereas adding the word ein implied being a Berliner in spirit. His audience understood that he meant to show his solidarity. (bold emphasis added)

But according to Smith’s “birth certificate,” which Bruce believes is real, Obama’s father is Obama, Sr.
If would appear Bruce can’t decide what he believes.

Kennedy was also welcomed “home” by Ireland.
If Berlin and Ireland can show solidarity with Kennedy (and yet not think he is a citizen), Kenya can do the same with President Obama

Bruce, sorry I wasn’t able to reply again until now regarding your response to Robert Laity at P&E. You could be right regarding Obama’s father being Frank Marshall Davis. I also understand your thoughts regarding NBC and that having two US citizen parents might (??) suffice. However, I really don’t know the answer to either (1) who is the real father (might need DNA test) and (2) would two US citizen parents produce a NBC child if child was born abroad.

Killian, states that the “natural-born citizen” clause of Article II, Section 2, Clause 5 of the US Constitution “raises the question of whether someone born to American parents outside of the United States would be eligible to hold the office”.
Mr. Johnny H. Killian advised Congress for more than 44 years on constitutional matters. As senior specialist in American public law at the Congressional Research Service, Mr. Killian was the person most often called upon when the constitutionality of a proposal was in question.
Mr. Killian was also the editor of and major contributor to the 1972, 1982, 1992 and 2002 editions of “Constitution of the United States of America: Analysis and Interpretation,” nicknamed the Annotated, a seminal work on the judicial history of all constitutional amendments that is a standard text in U.S. law schools.

Killian, who died in 2008, may have asked a question, but the courts have answered it. Every judge who considered on the merits a challenge to Ted Cruz’s eligibility ruled that U.S. citizenship at birth (regardless of place of birth) confers natural-born citizenship.

Bruce is free to believe whatever he wants. (He can believe that Lucas has been to Kenya, for example.)
There’s no indication that SCOTUS is interested in this question, however, as every court that ruled on the merits in an eligibility suit involving Obama or Cruz ruled in the candidate’s favor. SCOTUS usually doesn’t take cases when all the lower courts agree. And SCOTUS already denied cert. in many eligibility cases, meaning at least six justices didn’t think it was worth the court’s time.
So Bruce can believe the future might different, and everyone else can learn from the past.
