Bernard “Bernie” Madoff, who is now serving 150 years in federal prison for fraud related criminal convicitions, was born at the Beth Israel Medical Centre in New York City.
In December 2011 his hospital birth certificate (with footprints) was auctioned at a website called GottaHaveRockandRoll.com
The minimum or starting bid was $5,000.00 and on December 10, 2011 the hospital birth certificate sold for $5,500.00.
The certificate of birth contains affixed baby footprints (left and right), embossed (raised) seal, signature of physician in charge, signature of medical director, full names of mother and father, dates and places of birth of mother and father, weight of child at birth (7 pounds and 8 ounces), sex of child, certificate number (3452) and thumb prints (left and right) of mother.

Two features on Mr. Madoff’s hospital BC that were of immediate interest to me were:
(1) In addition to the baby’s footprints, the BC also shows the MOTHER’S left and right thumb prints. I don’t ever recall seeing the mother’s prints appearing on a hospital BC prior to viewing this one.
(2) The Madoff baby footprints appear to be of rather good quality, and reminded me of the ‘FLEXION CREASES READILY VISIBLE’ on the footprint appearing on Obama’s CPGH-BC. (Step right up Mr. Obama and place your inked right foot on the paper so that a professional, infant to adult footprint comparison can be made!)

The 19th Amendment (Ratified 1920) was added to guarantee the right to VOTE, regardless of sex.
Now, we enlightened ones (LOL), in the year 2014 seem OBSESSED with passing inane REGULATIONS to cover virtually EVERYTHING, such as enabling a child to be expelled from school for simply drawing a PICTURE of a gun, or banning hand-held cell phones while driving!

Apparently Smith receives legal advice from the back of souvenir certificates (and maybe cereal boxes as well).
What is printed on the back the Kenya birth certificate that Smith forged? If Smith hasn’t finished forging the back, that’s fine; President Obama still has over two years remaining in the White House.
