A Fair Share For All may sound like something you might hear angry and upset Americans quoting when referring to statements that they believe have been made by Barack Obama.
I sometimes buy and sell rare documents (e.g., birth certificates of George H. W. Bush and Barack Hussein Obama II) and I recently acquired a number of World War II Ration Books.
The acquisition also included an Application For War Ration Book and also a Consumer Instruction Sheet from the US Office of Price Administration (1943).
Imagine if Barack Obama and the US Government forced you to show a ration book each time you purchased fruits, vegetables, soups, juices and meats at the grocery store:

Here is a picture of another of the War Ration Books (Book Two). The ration book in the above report contains the name William James Palan (male, age 11) and the ration book provided here in this comment contains the name Wencil Jerome Palan (male, age 7). It appears that they were brothers.
