For readers who don’t already know Theresa Cao is the courageous patriot who spoke up last January (2011) during the US House (US Congress) reading of the United States Constitution when she shouted “Except Obama! Except Obama! …“.
Theresa Salcedo Cao was subsequently charged with ‘Unlawful Conduct [on] Capitol Grounds’ which is a misdemeanor in the District of Columbia Superior Court.
Thenceforth Theresa Cao became a prominent figure in the Birther Realm and began to accumulate notoriety amongst Birthers, Obotopians and impartial audiences.
In March of 2011 Theresa Cao appears to have entered into some sort of limited agent representation agreement with Sean Boyer of Pennsylvania. It also appears that the said limited agent agreement was swift and short lived.
In April of 2011 Theresa Cao went on to meet with Donald Trump’s liaison and attorney to discuss Barack Obama’s lack of Natural Born Citizen status and his ineligibility to hold Office of President of the United States America.
I, Lucas Smith, participated abundantly in one-on-one talks (telephonically) with Theresa Cao during the months of March, April and May of 2011. Cao sounded energetic and was eager to help topple (without the use of violence) the illegal Obama regime and restore the Constitutional Republic with an eligible and legal Natural Born Citizen POTUS.
I, and from what I’ve read and heard, many others, have not heard from (nor read much, if any, news of) Theresa Cao since the end of May, 2011.
Where in the world is the gallant and fearless patriot, Theresa Cao? Many fellow patriots, as well the impartial, are concerned for her personal safety and wellbeing. Many supporters have reported that they have not been able to reach Cao by phone or email.
The District of Columbia Superior Court docket indicates that Theresa Cao’s last appearance in Court was on the 27th day of May, 2011. The docket also indicates that on that same day the “defendant [Cao] enters stet agreement.”
I believe that a ‘stet agreement/docket’ is an inactive docket maintained by the prosecuting attorney’s office. I believe that, more or less, the Court sometimes (or perhaps invariably?) dismisses the case after a period of time transpires such as, for example, one year, provided that the defendant does not pick up additional criminal charges within that time frame. I also believe that there are sometimes, or often, other stipulations of the stet agreement such as no contacts, curfews, and prohibits/forbids on certain otherwise normal everyday behaviors.
Is it possible that Theresa Cao has been ordered to cease further actions related to or in the interests of restoring our Constitution Republic and removing our illegal and ineligible de facto president Barack Hussein Obama, II?
Is it also possible that Theresa Cao, independently and own her own accord, sought to distance herself from the Birther and Obotopian center stage? The bleak reality: when it gets dark in the Birther realm there wont be many stars (fellow patriots) shinning down to help guide you in the trenches? If so, I don’t blame her. Not my type of party, but I totally and wholeheartedly understand and sympathize.
At any rate, her case is still open and the next scheduled event listed on the docket is set for the 5th day of December, 2011 and is listed as a “Diversion Status Hearing“.
