Lucas Daniel Smith 4th of July (2010) letter to the United States Congress

I intermittently receive emails (Lucas_d_Smith@live.com) and telephone calls (319.804.0440) asking me whatever became of the Lucas Daniel Smith 4th of July (2010) letter to United States Congress?

For readers who are not already aware, I sent a seven page 4th of July (2010) Letter to every single member (minus two vacant seats at the time: House District 3 of Indiana and House District 29 of New York) of US Congress, including non-voting members.  Five hundred thirty-nine (539) letters in total.

Each letter was individually addressed to its Congressional recipient. Each letter was notarized in July of 2010 at US Bank located at 222 2nd Avenue SE, Cedar Rapids, Iowa 52401. Following each letter are scans of the letters hand addressed envelope as well as the USPS date stamped certified mail receipt. All of the letters were sent in August of 2010 at the counters of the United States Post Offices located at 615 6th Avenue SE, Cedar Rapids, Iowa 52401 and 1930 Wiley Boulevard SW, Cedar Rapids, Iowa 52404.

All postage fees, certified mail fees and notary fees were paid for in full (more than $3000.00 US Dollars) by friend and compatriot, Bruce Steadman of Georgia.

The said letters, hand addressed envelopes (with postage), attachments and USPS Certified Mail receipts have been available to the public since September of 2010 in PDF format via my Patriot1980 scribd.com account in this folder.  The PDF is nearly 4000 pages in length and, due to the file size, had to be divided into 8 segments for upload to the scribd.com website.  The letters are grouped by state, commonwealth and territory. Letters are listed in alphabetical order by the last name of the Congressional recipient.

Whatever became of the letter?  Out of the 539 letters sent I received 3 postal mail replies:

1.  David “Dave” Loebsack (D – Iowa), US House of Representatives, September 1, 2010.

2.  Charles “Chuck” Grassley (R – Iowa), US Senate, September 3, 2010.

3.  Joseph “Joe” Lieberman (D- Connecticut), US Senate, September 22, 2010.

Their enveloped letters, along with 2 relatively gimongous stacks of 539 USPS Certified Mail Receipts, are pictured at the head of this report.

Scans of each of the 3 letters are provided directly below:

US Congressman David Loebsack (D – Iowa) September 1, 2010 letter to Lucas Smith. by Lucas Daniel Smith

US Senator Charles Grassley 09.03.2010 letter to Lucas Smith by Lucas Daniel Smith

US Senator Joseph Lieberman (D- Connecticut) September 22, 2010 letter to Lucas Smith. by Lucas Daniel Smith

I also received telephone calls and emails from the Office of US Congressman John Tanner (D – Tennessee).

I also, after receiving the above embedded postal letter, participated in discussions (phone, email and in person) with the Office of US Senator Charles Grassley (R – Iowa).

If anyone ever asks you whatever became of the 4th of July (2010) Letter to US Congress, please direct them to this report.

In closing I want to add that from time to time, intermittently, I receive copies of the 4th of July (2010) Letter to US Congress in the mail at my house in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.  It appears that concerned individuals have been sending, and continue to send, copies of the letters (downloaded from the Scribd folder and also from the WOBIK free document download site) to all sorts of places around and crosswise the country and sometimes, for reasons unknown to me, the recipients (one that I can think of was a health care provider) of the letters then send the letters to my house. I’m thrilled, and grateful, that the letters continue to be widely and roundly circulated!

We The People have a fraud and usurper sitting in the White House going by the name of barack hussein obama using a stolen social security number , forged birth certificate and forged selective service registration card to prove he is a legal sitting US President .

We The People demand that the US Congress honor their oath to the US Constitution and remove this fraud and usurper barack hussein obama from office under Article ll Section 1 Clause 5 of the US Constitution .

    @ Charles Imwold:

That’s just a short list of the fraud being reported by the people investigating all the controversy surrounding his records. At a minimum our cowardly Congress should subpoena his “original records” and do an independent investigation. As it stands now Obama has never qualified under the Constitution to hold the office of the presidency.
