Extradition to Kenya: Barack Obama startled by sudden discovery of Russell Leslie Oppenheim’s 1963 Kenyan birth certificate.

Obama kenya birth certificate cherished

Skeptics and armchair scholars are mostly silent regarding the recent and devastating disclosure of Russell Leslie Oppenheim’s 1963 (2014 certified copy) Coast Province General Hospital, Mombasa, British Protectorate of Kenya certificate of birth.

It should also be noted that Dr. Conspiracy (i.e., Kevin Wayne Davidson, born June 16 1950, son of Oland Patrick Davidson born 12.03.1916 – died 11.20.2009 and Doris Augusta Davidson born 02.17.1921 – died 05.01.2007) refuses to take notice of and acknowledge, and intentionally disregards,  the Russell Leslie Oppenheim document in his new March 29 2014 article titled Why did Bruce Steadman give Lucas Daniel Smith $5,800? in which he chooses to only address and discuses Bruce Steadman, $5800.00 US dollars, deportation from Republica Dominicana to Kenya and a Dominican document called Acta de Denuncia.

It appears that Dr. Conspiracy typically, and negligently, looks the other way when consequential, significant and even-handed research (presented alongside documentation and official sources) is presented just as he has on foregoing and noteworthy research such as, though by means limited to, my October 11 2013 research report titled White Mischief – Stanley Ann Dunham goes to Kenya – Act 2.

Dr. Conspiracy’s sole reference to the above referenced report was posted in a comment (Oct. 16 2013) on one of his Occasional Open Threads:

Dr Conspiracy Kevin Wayne Davidson comment October 16 2013

http://www.obamaconspiracy.org/2013/10/the-occasional-open-thread-no-whining-edition/#comment-292583

I really and truly don’t believe that Dr. Conspiracy has the aptitude, capacity or integrity to address and discuss the said research.  It appears that his writings are more geared towards the ribbing and ridiculing of Orly Taitz and Mike Zullo as well as an occasional pseudo-psychology thesis.

Speaking of the Acta de Denuncia document (referenced above in paragraph two of today’s report) there have been a plethora of both incautious and impulsive attempts to recklessly and audaciously discredit the recent and overwhelming disclosure of the said document which was published here: 2014. Lucas Daniel Smith extradition {to Kenya} files – document 1

Example:

A member of The Fogbow using the handle of Raicha published a comment which, when you first read it, appears level headed and even includes a transcript of their own English translation of the Spanish (the first, and as of right now the only, translation available online).   The translation of the document’s language might be relatively accurate but the problem with Raicha’s comment (provided directly below) is that it is…racked with egregious errors:

raicha random observations

 http://www.thefogbow.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=599408#p599408

Response to first (1st) observation:    We don’t know which “badge” should, or shouldn’t be, on which documents.  There are two different badges displayed (far left and far right) on the banner (displayed directly below) of the Dirección Central de Investigaciones Criminales (DICRIM) website:

badges in RD

The badge on the far right of the banner appears to be the same badge that is also on the header of the Acta de Denuncia document.  Furthermore, there is a third image of a badge in the banner, on the police officer’s uniform (shoulder) itself, which also appears (though somewhat blurred) to be the same badge listed on the Acta de Denuncia document.   In any event, we don’t know which badge would, or should, be on the header of the Acta de Denuncia document.

Response to second (2nd) observation:   Raicha stated that, “The National Police are not on the first floor of the National Palace. They have their own headquarters on Av. Leopoldo Navarro.”  There is no mention of the “Palacio Nacional” (I assume you are referring to the Presidential Palace) anywhere on the Acta de Denuncia document.   Nor is the “Palacio Nacional” mentioned in Raicha’s english translation.  Who said anything about there being Policia Nacional on the first floor of the Palacio Nacional?   Yes, the “Palacio de la Policia Nacional” is located on Avenida Leopoldo Navarro, but who said that it wasn’t?    The Policia Nacional are located in the Palacio de la Policia Nacional and no one ever said that they were located in the Palacio Nacional (the President Palace).

Yesterday (Saturday afternoon) I made a video of myself driving (the passenger who I took with me held the camera) my motorcycle to the Palacio de la Policia Nacional and then on to the Palacio Nacional (i.e., Presidential Palace).  The said video is embedded directly below.  Please also note that in the video I pass under a large, overhead, green-colored street sign (on Avenida John F. Kennedy) which lists the Palacio de la Policia Nacional as the “Palacio de la Policia.” Additionally, the Palacio de la Policia Nacional building itself says “Palacio Policia Nacional.”

Response to third (3rd) observation:   Does not affect the authenticity of the document.

Response to fourth (4th) observation:    Does not affect the authenticity of the document.

Response to fifth (5th) observation:    Raicha stated that, “The National Police do not have extensions of 809-682-2151 (the general number) They have their own numbers:”   That is false, and even a simple Google search of “Policia Nacional” displays the Policia Nacional number 809-682-2151 with  ext. 2144:

policia nacional telephone extension

Moreover, if you Google search for “809-682-2151 ext” you’ll find other extensions in the search results.

One particularly troubling facet of the internet is that you’ll find lots of people like The Fogbow member Raicha who come across, in their writings, as being relatively bright, collective, professional, level headed and even minded, yet when you begin to verify what they’ve said you discover that these people are misinformed, lazy, lack critical and analytical thinking skills and, in general, lack competence and often have no idea what they are really and truly talking about.   I’ve also encountered innumerable reviews and comments at Amazon.com left by these types of people.

In closing I also wanted to point out that a person using the handle Vox Reanoni showed up here at the WOBIK blog yesterday (03.29.2014) and stated, “The “Spanish” on that police document is certainly not written by a native Spanish speaker. It’s racked with the kinds of errors that someone who had Spanish as second or third language would make. You’re a pretty piss poor lair, when just some guy off the street can spot mistakes like that.”

It appears that, at least on the WOBIK blog, that person usually posts comments using the handle Voice of Reason.   I’m not sure what language “Vox Reasoni” is but it certainly does not appear to be Spanish.    Furthermore, I’d like to know more about the errors in the document’s Spanish.

It should also be noted that a person who was born in Spain (her name appears to be Madeleine de Larrain Ross and, from what I could find, she appears to be a real person) showed up yesterday, after Vox Reasoni left his comment, and stated in reply to Vox Reasoni, “¿Qué pasa con el español del documento? ¡Yo no lo veo raro!”    Essentially, she (as a native Spanish speaker) was asking what was wrong with the spanish document, and that she herself did not see anything wrong, or off, with the way that it was written.

Most of the other comments, regarding the Acta de Denuncia document, left on other websites in the last 24 hours are also negligent attempts to audaciously discredit the document.   I will cover those comments in upcoming reports.

Please exercise your free speech in the comments section below. There are no stipulations of political correctness on this blog. Speak your mind, give us your thoughts, both objective and subjective. Share your ideas, hunches, inklings or your expertise. Please provide recommendation and corrections if you spot errors in fact within the blog report. “Voice of reason” is one of the many sock puppets used by infamous fogblower obot Kurt Coleman. On this very site “voice of reason” called the usurpers mother a “mudsharking slut”. Coleman uses and creates sock puppets to cover his moronic, idiotic comments at various birther sites that he has not yet been banned from. Pay Coleman no attention, he is inconsequential.

  2. Greatkim says:

Extradition requests are not issued by local police authorities, local courts, secret services or intelligence departments.
The Dominican Republic and Kenya do not have a bilateral extradition agreement but both these States are Parties to the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court ICC. The United States has NOT signed the treaty.
The ICC amounts to a multilateral extradition agreement between all signing Countries – The ICC is the only legal framework under which an extradition from the Dominican Republic to Kenya is possible.
The fact that the criminal is a national of a third country is, in this case, irrelevant to the effects of the agreement although problems arise when a “third” country is not member of ICC – see Alxander Panin Extradition (Russian) from Santo Domingo to the US – 2013.

Under the ICC agreement the issuing authority for an arrest request is the ICC following investigations and court decisions by the offended State. For Common Law countries members of the ICC agreement, the statutory requesting body is the Attorney General.

    Summarizing.
    ***
    – Offended member State (Kenya) conducts inquiries and issues definitive Legal sentencing (all degrees of appeal performed) under local legal framework
    – Attorney General (common law) or Ministery of Justice (other cases) transmit proceeding to ICC
    – ICC issues international arrest warrant
    – hosting country can extradite criminal to offended country

    ***

having illustrated that the ICC is the proper framework for allowing Santo Domingo to extradite Lucas to Kenya and

having shown how Lucas could appeal to the ICC to review the Kenyan decision or demand suspension to the UN Security Council

we can now draw the conclusion that the “birth certificate” question has finally reached the highest level of decision making in international politics.

The UN Security Council has now the legal standing to decide the President’s fate. Allow for him to be declared a USURPER or let other considerations about international relationships prevail.

We all know very well that 5 out 15 members have veto power. US, UK, France, China, Russia.

In my picture Lucas will NOT appeal to the UN Security Council but the US will. Rememeber that it is in our highest national interest to mute the story about corrupting Kenyan officials, an action that effectively and definitely validates the Kenyan BC.

    This is now down to:

A – must we sacrifice our President in order to defang Putin ?or
B – can we save our President by making concessions to Russia ?

case B is the most likely outcome. We can avoid war and save Obama. We’ll later consider the implications of a resurging Soviet UNion.

Russia might well refrain from vetoing a US-NATO sponsored motion to block the extradition process in exchange of concessions over the UKRAINE crisis.

The US will then recognize Putin’s annexation of Crimea and maybe even a future annexation of Easter Ukraine as long as Lucas is not extradited to Kenya.

Your claim of ‘ no extensions’ for Nacional Policia is easily debunked, as I suspect every other silly claim you made. Not worth my time debunking more Obot lies.

The third and fourth observations certainly do reflect on the authenticity of your document. There is no reason for Major Munoz to either receive a call from Kenya or to relay a complaint to the Criminal Investigations Department as neither Munoz nor Dipre Soriano have any role in extradition. That is the job of the Ministry of Justice.

As for the location of Dipre Soriano’s office, his alleged notes of the complaint claim that his office is on the first floor of the Palace. His office is on the 4th floor of the headquarters on Ave Leopoldo Navarro.

  6. raicha says:

And what is the point of publishing the purported birth and death dates of Kevin Davidson’s alleged parents? Some sort of intimidation tactic to show how much you “know”? Please.

  7. raicha says:

Regarding the “Russell Leslie Oppenheim document”: You are a convicted forger and your Acta de Denuncio is clearly faked. Without even getting into the specifics of this latest purported birth certificate, your credibility is already far less than zero.

  8. Larry Bland says:

    @ raicha:

This is Smith’s site, he can publish anything he wants much like Davidson and Bryant do at their sites. Grow up and stop with the asinine questions.

  9. raicha wrote:

No, it does not say that. It says, “…Palacio, P.N., ….” (As in Palacio Policia Nacional). Btw, you said “National Palace” at first and now you say “Palace”. Its best to just admit when you made a mistake, don’t get all stressed out dig yourself in deeper by backtracking and moving goal posts. And why would you assume that “Palace” would not be the National Police Palace?

  10. raicha says:

How do you explain a typewritten complaint “filed” in an office that went digital in November 2013?

I understand what you are getting at here, although I would rephrase the above quoted statement somewhat to say :

“It is in OBAMA and HIS SUPPORTER’S interest to mute the story about corrupting Kenyan officials, an action that effectively and definitely validates the Kenyan BC.”

On the surface, this statement seems to make sense. However, my concern is that with essentially an unlimited supply of money from the U.S. Treasury to use as bribes to DR officials and nearly complete control of our MSM, the Obama Administration could probably arrange to have Lucas QUIETLY EXTRADITED to Kenya and then simply VANISH.

No unexpected, identifiable ‘suspicious incident’ (as likely was experienced by: Breitbart, Hastings, Clancy, Fuddy, Anderson, etc.) would occur that would generate ‘news’.

As far as the general, uninformed public is concerned, there would be nothing particularly newsworthy about a convicted felon named ‘Smith’, being extradited from the Dominican Republic to Kenya to face relatively minor charges of bribing government officials. (Isn’t that how important business is often done in Kenya and other third world countries?)

Tragically for Lucas, I believe extradition would soon result in an unofficial, de facto death sentence for him in Kenya, over 8000 miles from his home town of Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

Lucas’ loyal supporters and the birther community would, of course, be kept well aware of the situation. However, without any input from the MSM, the matter would likely never even register as a concern to the general American public.

WE CAN NOT ALLOW LUCAS TO BE EXTRADITED TO KENYA!

  14. Vox Reasoni says:

Mr. Smith is in far less danger than your own checkbook Mr. Steadman. There is zero probability that Kenya will extradite Mr. Smith on these “facts”.

  17. raicha says:

I’ve also encountered innumerable reviews and comments at Amazon.com left by these types of people.

If by “these types of people” you refer to persons with legal training who have not been convicted of felonies, then I am not surprised by your encounters.

  18. ChanceM says:

I’m casting my vote for your creativty & insight of how to exploit human nature!

Put out another one of your really poor forgeries. Claim you’ve been arrested, Bruce has spent money on your bail and more’s needed to keep you from being extridited. Get the obots lathered up debunking something that’s so bogus-looking it needs no debunking. But you know they’ll do it anyway because it’s what they do and they’re really bored and ansy right now. Which gets the birthers thinking maybe there’s really something to it when the obots are putting so much energy into debunking it. Maybe somebodies decide to open their wallets & become your loyal supporters. And you’ve gotten lots of attention. Again.

    Well played, Lucas.

  19. greatkim says:

    Bruce wrote:

    HAVE NO FEAR,
he will be treated fairly. The extradition process is overseen by the ICC and Lucas will probably be spending his jailtime in Den Haag not in Kenya. The ICC Penitentiary Facility is more like a 4 Star hotel, certainly in another category when compared to the detention centers that Lucas regularly visits over here.

  20. Lisa4588 says:

@ Lucas Daniel Smith: Be firm in what you know to be true. Pay no attention to those who insist all is a lie. Until recently, the norm was honesty. Then we became Obama-ized with his hundreds of lies like “If you like your doctor you can…” or countless others. Obama made people suspicious of statements they couldn’t understand. When they don’t understand, they rely on their old habits of insults and blowing hot air. Forgive them. They can’t help what they don’t know. Stay safe and keep your head low.

  21. Greatkim says:

    Bruce,

aftere having thoruoghly scrutinized the “Dominican Police Document” I wish to draw your attention to the serious procedural flaws it contains and to how you could use them to Lucas’ advantage.

Let me first explain briefly how extraditions are normally managed. First of all extraditions are ruled by bilateral or multilateral agreements. In your case an extradition from the DR to Kenya is governed, since there is no bilateral agreement, by the ICC Treaty of Rome signed by both nations in 2005. In accordance to the ICC statute official requests of extraditions are perfomed and received at the highest judiciary level: Ministries of Justice or Attorney Generals. This applies to bilateral agreements as well, but it is not our case. Operative Law enforcement dpts. and Courts, although necessarily in charge of inquiry and trials, respond to their own national authorities and are not allowed to enforce extradition procedures unless authorized by the Ministry of Justice. The Dominican Document, in my opinion, amounts to an abuse of power by the Dominican Police and the Kenyan Intelligence who apparently have gotten in contact bypassing their statutory authorities. Unfortunately this happens but there is a remedy.

Since Lucas is allready in Santo Domingo I would suggest you firmly instruct him to get onto his motorbike and reach the Ministry of Justice asap and then have them show him copy of the Extradition Request they should have received from the Kenyan Ministry of Justice. I believe this could be enough to discourage the Dominican Police from taking further steps against Lucas.

Once done you could demand restitution of your 5k.

Also I believe this happened because our friend spends too much time on the internet basically accusing himself of corrupting Kenyan officials, giving precise and irrefutable evidence about his entry point into the country, the local officers contacted, the hotels visited, the precise date of access to CPGH, the accurate description of both Chief Administrators, Maganga and Othigo, the theft through bribery of an authentic Kenyan birth certificate. By now Kenya has built a substantial accusatorial “dossier” by simply reading this blog. I understand that this behavior is an essential part of your overall strategy but, as you well know, words (or actions) have consequences.

    Best Regards

If what you state regarding the ICC statute governing extradition matters between Kenya and the DR is true, and I don’t have any reason to question it, then I believe you are making an excellent observation here.

There does indeed appear to be an unauthorized ABUSE OF POWER being exercised by the Dominican Police and the Kenyan Intelligence in harassing and bringing formal charges against Lucas.

That being said, I suspect that this is how matters of this type are ROUTINELY HANDLED, on the ground, in Third World countries, regardless of how things are SUPPOSED to work according to the ICC statute.

Lucas will, no doubt, be seeking legal help from a competent lawyer in fighting these SERIOUS extradition charges. I hope the information which you have provided will be of some practical help to him.

I think getting the U.S. Embassy in the DR involved in an arrest case involving an American Citizen makes good sense UNDER NORMAL CONDITIONS.

However, since the U.S. Embassy reports to the Obama Administration, it seems risky to solicit their aid in a critically important matter directly relating to Obama’s BIRTH IN KENYA. They might agree to ‘help’ but then start secretly working with individuals in the DR government to actually make matters MORE DIFFICULT for Lucas.

Lucas and his legal adviser will need to carefully consider all the advantages and disadvantages of contacting the U.S. Embassy for help before acting on your suggestion.

  26. Greatkim says:

    Bruce,

you need to calculate risks. How could Obama possibly benifit from denying mandatory assistance to an American citizen entering an American Embassy after having been fraudulently arrested by a foreign nation’s Police ? Have you ever heard about “public opinion” ? All Lucas needs to do is to “film” his entrance into the US embassy (btw why didn’t he do this while in Mombasa ?). Smartphones do miracles.
The risk of relying upon a corrupt Dominican lawyer that would cost you an emormous amount of money is far greater ! You seem to understand very well how legal affairs are quite often hastily dealt with in third world countries.

I assume that Lucas’ passport has been withdrawn by the Dominican Police. Am I right ?
Do you have the name of the judge that bailed Lucas ? I am sure you’re aware that in the Dominican Republic only a court can do this.
Has the judge read Lucas the accusations moved by the Kenyan Ministery of Justice ?
Was he assisted by a State lawyer ? Their legal system provides you with one in case you can’t afford a private one.
When is the next hearing ?
Are you in contact with him ?
needless to say the American Embassy has certainly been informed

  27. Bruce says:

    @ Greatkim:

Your comments and questions are duly noted.

Lucas will likely have more to say on this troubling matter in future blog reports.

  28. BobJ says:

I think you should face the music Mr. Smith. You are guilty by your own admission, right? IIRC, you admitted to paying $5,000 (US) in bribes to get the POSKBC in 2009. You even had a video of your passport entry stamp into the U.S as proof of your African adventure. Nothing says, ” I was in Kenya!”, like a US entry stamp. So why shouldn’t you be held accountable for the crimes you committed? The question will come up as to why you bribed the official(s). It is perfect for your cause. Think of the headlines from news organizations around the world. Does one have special status in poorer countries because one is American, or wealthy?
Maybe your plight could actually help the Kenyan government in its struggle against corruption. You could go back to the country from where you gained so much. Maybe you could follow up on your previous research. Was it sociological or botanical? I can’t recall. Just some thoughts.
Best of luck, Larry Bland.. errrr, DC groun… errr, Donald Young…,,err, B.Stea..errr

  30. BobJ says:

    @ Rambo Ike:
What are you rambling on about? You are the one running for cover. All your bluster about “original records” is total crap. You are probably aware of that though. What statements are you writing of? I think you are the one who needs to face the music. The 44th President of the United States is, and will always be Barack H. Obama. It will always be so. Despite the laughable attempts of people like Lucas, Mike Zullo, Ar. Nash, Orly and the rest of your crackpot brethren.
You have no argument. Maybe you could try some actual attempts at the facts, but I suspect you will throw out a red herring, an amusing non-sequitur, or make a claim that the “America people” merely want…
Here is some advice Ike. Instead of reading a Wiki page and filling in the gaps on your own, follow the links in the articles. Or better yet, go to a library. They really are wonderful places. Also, let go of your Dr. Conspiracy obsession. You and Lucas really need help with that.

Still waiting for your response to why Wong Ark Kim was a bad decision. Also waiting for your reasoning on ignoring the Full Faith and Credit Clause in the Constitution.

Re: Also, let go of your Dr. Conspiracy obsession. You and Lucas really need help with that.

Count the number of negative comments Lucas & I have made about your Overlord Dr Con, then add up all the the degrading remarks on his blog over just the last month on Orly alone. At one point he did 5 articles in a row on her. Add in all birther lawyers over a number of years and the smears go into the thousands. Dr Con is behind it, agitating his flock to do it. He recently claimed I took his statements out of context – I didn’t, I had it right. He’s trying to remake himself to cover what he has been doing.

Re: Instead of reading a Wiki page and filling in the gaps on your own, follow the links in the articles. Or better yet, go to a library.

Apparently there is some point you’re trying to make and just not psychobabble.

RE: Still waiting for your response to why Wong Ark Kim was a bad decision. Also waiting for your reasoning on ignoring the Full Faith and Credit Clause in the Constitution.

    Both taken care of.

  32. Vox Reasoni says:

Birthers grow more bitter by the day. Obama is in year two, of his second term. At approximately 300 courtroom loses, and flat out denials by the courts, birthers are no closer to ousting Obama than they were on January 21st 2009.

  33. Rambo Ike says:

    @ Vox Reasoni:

Of course the Birthers are no closer. This is Affirmative Action at its finest.

Congress, the courts, and the majority of the Media have made Obama their poster”boy” with their attempts to correct some of the injustices of the past. The DemoRAT Party has a long tyrannical history to overcome. It’s not about principles with them, it’s all about redemption. Dr Con is doing his best.

For Birthers to get the country operating again as a Constitutional Republic, they will have to break through a wall the government, with assistance from the media, has built to keep them out.

  34. Vox Reasoni says:

I forget Rambo, which part of the birtherism checklist was “Claim reverse racism” on?
Was it before, or after “Repeatedly move goal posts”?

  35. Rambo Ike says:

    @ Vox Reasoni:

What is “reverse racism”? I see people use that term all the time but I don’t really understand it. Can you explain it? I would think, without really knowing, it was meant to denote someone else was/is racist 1st.

Since 2008 I’ve been called a racist by dozens of Obots for not supporting Obama the DemoRAT, but I wasn’t called a racist for not supporting Dukakis, Clinton, Gore, and Kerry who were also DemoRATs. There has to be a reason for those accusations, can you explain it?

If you can’t explain it will you get Dr Con or The Magic M to do it? They both have a history of making that accusation against millions of Americans.
