Jerome R. Corsi unfairly biased the readers of his 8/25/2009 WND article titled ‘eBay Birth Certificate Called Fraud’ when he assigned it the following sub-title:
“Hospital Refuses to Authenticate Document”

Furthermore, he stated the following in the article:
OF COURSE, the hospital refused to authenticate the document that was capable of embarrassing, and aiding the removal of Barack Obama from office! They were undoubtedly instructed under strict orders from the Kenyan Government not to release any incriminating documents of this type.
Barack Obama has long-standing, close and powerful ties to Kenya. At the time of Dr. Corsi’s above referenced article, Obama was the elected president of the U.S. and as such, was in control of billions of dollars in aid grants that could potentially be transferred to Kenya. The Kenyan Government would certainly do everything in their power to insure that the U.S. President was not embarrassed in any way and that the aid money would continue to flow as planned.
In addition, Obama had close personal ties to Raila Odinga, the Prime Minister of Kenya, as discussed in the article excerpted below:

It seems extremely likely that Kenyan Prime Minister, Raila Odinga, would make the necessary arrangements to insure that the birth hospital of his fellow Luo tribesman, Barack Obama, would refuse to authenticate his birth record there!
Dr. Corsi unfairly biased his readers against acceptance of the 'Lucas Daniel Smith, Obama Kenyan Birth Certificate' by making the unqualified statement that the 'Hospital Refuses to Authenticate Document'.

“Administrators at Coast Provincial Hospital in Mombasa, the hospital named as President Obama’s supposed birth hospital in the document, refused to authenticate the record when contacted by WND sources in Kenya.”
