    Taxpayer-funded assistance paid for terrorists-in-training

    Excerpt:

The welfare state now matches lax immigration policy in enabling terrorism. And in the case of suspected terrorists in the Tsarnaev family it took 10 years for the public to find out.

Easy for bombers to learn their terrorism trade when the families that house them can depend on monthly social assistance checks supplemented by food stamps.

Wonder if the Tsarnaev boys or their parents had free Obama cell phones?

Wonder if any of them cast a vote for President Barack Obama?

What with amateur boxing and partying, no paper routes or neighbour grass cutting for the Tsarnaevs.

“The Tsarnaev family, including the suspected terrorists and their parents, benefited from more than $100,000 in taxpayer-funded assistance—a bonanza ranging from cash and food stamps to Section 8 housing from 2002 to 2012, the Herald has learned.” (BostonHerald.com, April 29, 2013).

The taxpayer-funded assistance for the Tsarnaevs started in 2002, or one year after the 9/11 terrorist attacks. Like poisonous mushrooms they had been growing silently in the shade ever since.

“The breadth of the benefits the family was receiving was stunning,” said a person with knowledge of documents handed over to a legislative committee today.”

Laughable, the promise of Rep. David Linsky (D-Natick) chairman of the House Post Audit and Oversight Committee: “I can assure members of the public that this committee will actively review every single piece of information we can find because clearly the public has a substantial right to know what benefits, if any, this family or individuals accused of some horrific crimes were receiving.”

That horse is long out of the barn, Rep. Linsky.

How long before the administration overseeing the largest welfare rolls in American history begins the they-bombed-us-because-they-lived-in-poverty spin?

Already Judy Clarke, a defense lawyer whose high profile clients include Unabomber Ted Kaczynski, Olympic bomber Eric Rudolph and Tucson shooter Jared Lee Loughner will defend Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.

    Who’s paying the tab?

Coddled in training sometime during the last decade, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, who was eight years old when his family first began getting social welfare, is coddled in goal. FBI agents questioning him, were interrupted when Attorney General Eric Holder sent Judge Marianne Bowler, who read him his Miranda Rights, thus sparing him.

The cacophony soon coming from those who will say “livin’ on welfare ain’t easy” will never explain how Tamerlan Tsarnaev came up with the scratch to travel to Russia for a 6-month stay last year.

How long before being arrested for shoplifting $1,600 worth of clothes from Lord & Taylor last June did Zubeidat Tsarnaeva, stop cashing welfare checks?

How many sleeper cell terrorists waiting to strike are enabled by the much-abused American Welfare System?
