If you didn’t already know attorney Orly Taitz has recently been spotted in Texas recently.

I’m not sure that she was physically in Texas but I do know that on August 08th 2014 she filed a motion for Pro Hac Vice in the USDC in the Southern District of Texas – Brownsville Division.

For readers who don’t know, Pro Hac Vice is a legal term (Latin) usually referring to a lawyer who has not been admitted to practice in a certain jurisdiction but has been allowed to participate in a particular case in that jurisdiction.

The case number is No. 1:14-cv-00119 and the civil action itself was filed (by Plaintiff Taitz) some time last month in July in the United States District Court in the Southern District of Texas.

It appears that the civil action is in regards to illegal immigration including the recent surge of underage illegal immigrants being allowed to enter the United States of America and stay in the country.

Below are two very recent filings in the case.   The first is Taitz’s 08.12.2014 Reply to Defendant’s Answer to Show Cause.  The second is the Defendants’ 08.08.2014 Response to Order to Show Cause.

I haven’t read either of them and I don’t have plans to.

A hearing has been set for August 27.

Lucas, I hope you do the right thing and inform the judge how Taitz previously tried to force you to perjure yourself.
