Does anyone really believe that a nearly 60 year old millionaire (US Senator Mary Landrieu) still lives at home with her parents?

In the above video Louisiana State Senator Elbert Lee Guillory (Republican) appears to take a swipe at US Senator Mary Landrieu’s ineligibility.

Elbert Guillory represents District 24 in Louisiana which includes his place of birth, Opelousas, Louisiana. In the above embedded video he states, among other things:

So on November 4th [2014] lets send her back home to her fathers house, or to her mansion in Washington, DC, or to wherever the heck she lives!

Earlier this month (Sept. 5th) a Baton Rouge  state court Judge named Wilson Fields dismissed a lawsuit challenging US Senator Mary Landrieu’s (D- Louisiana) eligibility to hold office of US Senator.

Mary Landrieu was elected in 1996 to the US Senate and won re-election in 2002 and 2008.   She  is seeking re-election this November (2014).

Judge Wilson Fields indicated that the US Constitution dictates that Landrieu’s residency only matters on the day of the election and that it is not legally relevant whether Landrieu lives in Louisiana now, as the plaintiff, a Republican state lawmaker, had asserted in his complaint.   He said, Your suit is premature because of what the Constitution states.

Does it really only matter on election day?  What about that fact that she’s been in office since 1996 and reelected in 2002 and 2008? Lastly, what about the fact that she listed her Washington, DC address on her 2014 Statement of Candidacy with the Federal Election Commission in January, 2014:

Mary Landriue Statement of Candidacy January 31 2041 eligibility issue Obama

The civil suit was filed on August 29th 2014 by Paul Bryan Hollis who is a Republican member of the Louisiana House of Representatives from the revised 104th District in St. Tammany Parish (southeastern Louisiana).

In the civil suit Hollis alleges that US Senator Mary Landrieu lives full-time in Washington D.C. and cannot represent Louisiana because she is not a state resident.

According to the Washington Post (August 28th 2014) US Senator Mary Landrieu lives in Washington, DC in a $2.5 million brick mansion that she and her husband built on Capitol Hill.

Mary Landrieu listed her parents’ (Moon and Verna Landrieu) house in New Orleans as her Louisiana domicile when she qualified to run for office in August, 2014 (Image Credit: Philip Rucker, The Washington Post):

Mary Landrieu fraudulent home address is Louisiana 2014

It appears (?) that Mary Landrieu, her eight siblings and mother all own the New Orleans house together.

Her husband, Frank Snellings, works in real estate in Washington, DC.  Before that he was an attorney in Louisiana.

At the September 5th hearing the state judge, Wilson Fields, dismissed the case after approximately 45 minutes of discussion.  The judge also implied that Mary Landrieu might be able to get her attorneys’ fees covered by Hollis?!

Representative Hollis said he would determine on election day (either Nov. 4 or Dec. 6 depending on the outcome of a runoff) whether he would appeal the ruling or bring another suit (perhaps in federal court?)

It should be noted that Mary Landrieu is Louisiana’s only Democratic statewide elected official.

In closing, please have a look at Mary Landrieu’s multiple addresses:

On June 30th, you posted this as part of an article:
“If I can’t track down the wanted trader, scam broker and owner of Obama Binary Options within the next 86 days (or 2064 hours) I will be taken into custody again and detained once more at the Penitenciaria Nacional La Victoria here in the Dominican Republic while I await extradition to the Republic of Kenya to stand trial for allegedly bribing government officials and also for treason.

    The manhunt begins.”

We’re well past the 86 days, Lucas. No suspected to turn in, no extradition, no getting taken into custody, no nothing.
Are you ready to admit that you made it all up yet?

This is your bluff being called.

Sen. Mary Landrieu’s son arrested on DWI, hit-and-run charges

    Excerpt:

Frank Connor Snellings, 21, the son of U.S. Sen. Mary Landrieu, D-La., was arrested Thursday morning on charges of driving while intoxicated, hit-and-run driving, and driving the wrong way on a one-way street in the French Quarter, according to the Orleans Parish Sheriff’s Office.

The car Snellings was driving hit a pedestrian, who was not seriously injured, according to the sheriff’s report. Snellings and a passenger in his car were not hurt.

Shortly before 3 Thursday morning, Eighth District NOPD officers arrested Snellings. He was driving in the wrong direction on Bourbon Street, struck a pedestrian and failed to stop.

He was eventually stopped by officers near the corner of Bourbon and St. Louis Streets. The pedestrian received minor injuries. Police said Snellings failed a field sobriety test. A breathalyzer test result measured .211. The legal limit is .08.

Snellings’ passenger in the vehicle was arrested and booked with Open Container in a Vehicle and Public Intoxication charges, according to police.

The Sheriff’s report said Snellings also was charged with possession of an alcoholic beverage in the car and of not maintaining proper control of the vehicle.

He was released on $9,000 bail…

He’s also admitting by default, that his Kenyan extradition story is 100% bullshit.

@ Langolier: A sock puppet calling the bluff of a patriot. The best part is that the jerk off thinks he deserves an answer from Mr. Smith.

I was unaware that hiding in another country from US arrest warrants, while lying about arrest warrants in a country he’s never been to, made someone a patriot.

@ Langolier:Well now you know jerk off that Mr. Smith is a true patriot. No amount of snark will alter that. Now go stroke your pole, jerk off.

Even if I could post at BR(The admin bans all dissenting voices), Falcon is beneath me. Anyone who thinks tragedies like Sandy Hook, or the Boston Marathon bombing were hoaxes, aren’t worthy of my time.

Southern Shockwave: Mary Landrieu Blames Obama’s Unpopularity on Racism

    Breitbart / Big-Government
    Wynton Hall
    10/30/2014

    Excerpt:

In comments sure to cascade into regional races across the South, embattled Democratic Sen. Mary Landrieu (D-LA) told NBC’s Chuck Todd on Thursday that Southern racism is to blame for President Barack Obama’s unpopularity.

“Why does President Obama have a hard time in Louisiana?” asked Todd.

“Let me be very, very honest with you,” said Landrieu. “The South has not always been the friendliest place for African-Americans. It’s been a difficult time for the president to present himself in a very positive light as a leader.”

Landrieu added: “It has not always been a good place for women, to be able to present ourselves. It’s more of a conservative place. So we’ve had to work a little bit harder on that. But, you know, the people trust me, I believe. Really, they do.”

Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal blasted Landrieu’s comments as desperate and out of touch.

“She appears to be living in a different century. Implied in her comments is the clear suggestion that President Obama and his policies are unpopular in Louisiana because of his ethnicity,” said Jindal. “That is a major insult by Senator Landrieu to the people of Louisiana, and I flatly reject it.”

Landrieu’s controversial remarks threaten to spill over into other Southern races, further placing already vulnerable Democrats in the uncomfortable position of having to defend or reject Landrieu’s statements. Democrats who reject Landrieu’s comments risk alienating black voters. Those who agree with Landrieu risk alienating white voters.

Mary Landrieu Is Defeated by Bill Cassidy in Louisiana Senate Runoff

    The New York Times
    Richard Fausset
    12/6/2014

    Excerpt:

BATON ROUGE, La. — Mary L. Landrieu, the last Deep South Democrat in the United States Senate, was defeated in a runoff election here Saturday by Bill Cassidy, a Republican congressman who incessantly attacked the incumbent for her support of President Obama.

With Mr. Cassidy’s victory in what had been the last undecided Senate race of the midterm elections, the Republicans gained a total of nine Senate seats, giving them 54 senators and firm control of the upper chamber when the 114th Congress convenes in January.

For Democrats, Saturday’s outcome was yet another sobering reminder of their party’s declining prospects in the South, a region they dominated for much of the 20th century. Ms. Landrieu was the last statewide elected Democrat in Louisiana, and Mr. Cassidy will join a fellow Louisiana Republican, David Vitter, in the Senate, making it the first time in 138 years that a Democrat from the state has not sat in the Senate.

Speaking to supporters at the Crowne Plaza Hotel here, Mr. Cassidy said, “This victory happened because people in Louisiana voted for a government which serves us but does not tell us what to do. Thank y’all.”

Even though Ms. Landrieu narrowly edged out Mr. Cassidy in a multicandidate primary in November, his victory was widely expected. A second conservative candidate with a significant following, Rob Maness, ran a strong third in the primary, and subsequently endorsed Mr. Cassidy.

As in much of the South, Louisiana has seen many white Democrats defect to the Republican Party. Compounding Democrats’ problems was Hurricane Katrina in 2005, which forced roughly 125,000 reliably Democratic voters to permanently relocate to other states.

Mr. Cassidy, 57, is an associate professor of medicine at Louisiana State University who joined the House of Representatives in 2009. He closely followed the Republicans’ overall strategy this year of nationalizing congressional races and linking Democrats to President Obama. Mr. Cassidy’s campaign and the outside groups supporting it regularly noted that Ms. Landrieu had voted with Mr. Obama 97 percent of the time.

Mr. Cassidy also repeatedly promised to seek the repeal of the Affordable Care Act, which Ms. Landrieu voted for.
