    A spiritual group supporting gay rights wants to scoop up the hate-spewing Atlah Church in Harlem.

    The church — famous for its anti-gay and anti-Obama messages on its billboards — owes at least $1 million in unpaid city water and sewage bills.

    A state judge ordered the church into a public foreclosure auction on Feb. 24. In response, the Rivers of Living Water (ROLW) spiritual group launched a GoFundMe campaign to raise money to buy the spot.

    The goal is $1.2 million, but the group had raised only $16,615 through Sunday night.

    The auction will not happen if the so-called “Hate Pastor of Harlem” has his way.

    Manning, who did not return a call seeking comment, has contended his house of worship has tax-exempt status, which includes water and sewer bills.

    Under an 1877 law, the city’s 4,067 religious institutions are indeed entitled to water — but they must apply for the exemption.
