Chapter 1 - The Real Benghazi Scandal
ONE WOULD BE HARD-PRESSED TO find a more significant impeachable offense than aiding and abetting the sworn enemies of the United States, especially when any such support includes sending weapons to our murderous adversaries. A crime on that scale would certainly be made all the more serious if those same enemies turned around and utilized the US-provided arms to kill Americans. ...

Chapter 2 - From "Fast and Furious" to Gun Control
WE EXPOSED IN THE PREVIOUS CHAPTER how President Obama has no problem arming our jihadist enemies. Apparently arming Mexican drug dealers is okay, too, as we will discuss. However, when it comes to law-abiding American citizens, the president cannot act quickly enough to ensure against the right to bear arms. While Congress has yet to pass gun control legislation, Obama is already working on plans to bypass lawmakers with executive actions aimed at background checks, gun registries, assault rifle bans, and even a limitation on ammunition purchases. This is in addition to directives already issued to the heads of executive department calling for specific gun control actions. With the gun debate still raging, we will herein document how Obama has committed an impeachable offense in the form of the so-called "Fast and Furious" scandal, a deadly scheme, we will show, that was aimed a collecting fraudulent data to push a gun control agenda. We will also review Obama's gun policies and control attempts thus far, as well as address the reports of mass bullet purchases by the Department of Homeland Security.
Chapter 3 - Forget Congress! Backdoor Amnesty Already Here
ALL THIS TALK of future immigration reform ignores how President Obama has already overseen interagency departmental directives that have bypassed Congress and granted de facto amnesty for millions of illegal aliens. Since taking office,the president has illegally, willfully, and deliberately been derelict of his duties as the chief executive while consistently usurping the constitutional authority vested with Congress to regulate immigration. In particular, Article I, Section 8 of the United States Constitution give Congress the power to "establish a uniform Rule of Naturalization. That clause has long been interpreted by constitutional scholars to give Congress the power to establish immigration policy. While Article II, Section 3, states the president's role is to "take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed," Obama's refusal to execute Congress's immigration laws may therefore be an impeachable offense.
Chapter 4 - Revolving Door for Criminal Illegals
WHILE PRESIDENT OBAMA has been hard at work attempting to regulate legal weapons, as we documented in chapter 2, his administration has helped create perhaps the biggest armed threat within the United Stats, one that has allowed criminal street gangs -- mostly comprised of illegal aliens -- to turn our cities into their lawless fiefdoms. As we will reveal, Obama has overseen a dangerous, de facto "catch and release" policy in which illegal criminal aliens are routinely being placed back on the streets, where they pose a major threat to public safety and have already been responsible for countless violent crimes, as well as, shockingly, turning major US highways into criminal drug corridors. The FBI itself warns these illegal alien street gangs are acquiring powerful military-style weapons to potentially use against both law-enforcement members and citizens.
Chapter 5 - Empowering Enemies Domestically and Abroad
SINCE ASSUMING OFFICE, President Obama has weakened the United States, both at home and abroad, by bolstering our foes, implying his support of a Muslim Brotherhood revolution, snubbing our allies and playing down the very real threat of Islamic fundamentalism. At the same time, he maintains close and dangerous ties with Islamic groups and activists of dubious character who now, to our shame, are actually shaping our antiterrorism policies. In this chapter, we will show that not only has Obama aided the rise to power of major enemies of Western civilization; he has ushered those very enemies into the White House! Serving on important US national security advisory boards are none other than members of the Muslim Brotherhood.
Chapter 6 - Cronyism, Corruption, and "Clean" Energy
DURING HIS STATE OF THE UNION address on February 12, 2013, President Obama announced plans for something called an Energy Security Trust, which, he told the nation, will "drive new research and technology to shift our cars and trucks off oil for good." The president did not divulge more details about the composition of such a trust during his speech. However, we are quite familiar with the scheme. In our most recent book, Fool Me Twice, we dedicated an entire chapter section to revealing plans for the trust. We showed how the fund would serve as a de facto federal "green" bank that would borrow billions from the federal treasury to provide low-cost financing to private -sector investments in "clean energy." Our chapter further divulged plans for a second-term "green" stimulus.
While Obama moves ahead with these and multiple other new clean energy financing schemes, including some potentially shady deals, as we will soon show, the president has yet to be held accountable for the rank corruption, cronyism, and possible impeachable offenses related to his first-term green funding adventures using our taxpayer dollars. We recommend that Congress immediately convene hearings based on the information presented in this chapter.

Chapter 7 - Big Brother Obama's Surveillance Regime
UNDER THE LEADERSHIP OF PRESIDENT OBAMA, the US government and private firms are quietly eavesdropping on our e-mails and phone conversations, gathering intelligence on citizens, and compiling massive databases of public and private records, information that is at times shared with foreign governments. High-tech, science fiction-like identification systems replete with major constitutional problems are being deployed while the government now says it is mining our private data not only to stop terrorism, an already sketchy excuse, but amazingly, also to predict future criminal activity. While some of these spy systems were established on a smaller scale by President Bush after 9/11, we will show how they were expanded exponentially and at times possibly illegally under Obama. It is to the point where we now live under a virtual surveillance regime, a country where Big Brother is watching us and where even private companies can easily obtain nearly unrestricted information on We the People.
