Kiri Te Kanawa is a fabulous singer and very sweet lady . She was very gracious when we met at her concert in Miami , Florida and was well liked by everyone . On the c d , she sings 3 songs in her native Maori language with her dear friend Hohepa Mutu , also a member of the Maori tribe in New Zealand . This extremely rare double album is a genuine treasure for anyone who is a fan of hers . She was amazed when I asked her to autograph the cover , and told her that her old friend was on it .
