The most clearly discredited BC was the so-called “Bomford BC” which a Fogblower Obot has credibly claimed to have forged from scratch based on an Australian BC template for a man named Bomford.

Lucas Smith is a terrible witness to anything being a convicted felon (bad check and assault) a 9/11 Truther who has advocated that W be hanged for allowing 9/11, and having been accused of offering to donate a kidney but then demanding payment at the last minute.

Smith has declined to provide transparency in detail regarding many of his claims as to how he personally step-b-step obtained the alleged BC.

That said, IMO as a retired Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and CPA, the Smith Mombasa CPGH BC has NEVER been conclusively debunked. Numerous questions have been raised but none fatal to this BC, IMO.

Meanwhile, for the past four years, Smith has done amazing work finding and credibly validating the identities of most of the persons whose signatures appear on his BC.

Note that Kenya’s Wiki entry for day-date format showed Kenya as using both day first and month first formats for dates right up to the week Smith released his BC image at which time Obots attacked that Wiki page.

Note that Kenya is still coded green for dual date use on the map despite persisten Obot efforts to edit out dual date formats in the country by country listing.

Also on the BC note that there is a partial fingerprint on the left side margin seeming to have been left by the person who inked the baby’s foot. It would be extremely unusual for forger to leave their own print on a forged document given the ability of modern computer image analysis to achieve an identity match based on partial prints.

Note that under the federal rules of evidence a certified foreign BC must be authenticated by the foreign country of origin and it is NOT “self-authenticating” under an exception to the hearsay rule like a certified HI BC would be, assuming such an HI BC was not credibly challenged by evidence...say of a criminal conspiracy to hide a forgery, for example.

It must also be noted that in 2009, federal district Judge Carter, having seen this same BC in an affidavit filed but NOT entered into evidence in Orly’a case demanding discovery of HI vital records and Kenyan BC records, opined in dicta that even if Kenya authenticated Smith’s BC as a federal judge he would be obliged to give legal priority to a certified Hawaii BC (if such a BC were EVER to be entered into evidence in a federal discovery hearing which it has not) due to the full faith and credit clause in the Constitution.

Thanks, Seize. That was a stellar summary. Sounds to me as if Carter thought the BC was real. He certainly held out that possibility anyway. No wonder they have to deny standing & resort to other excuses to make these cases go away. They dare not test the evidence. Discovery, for them, would be disastrous.

Judge Carter clearly chose to believe convicted felon Lucas Smith when Smith followed up on his Kenyan BC affidavit with an affidavit declaring that Dr. Orly Taitz asked him to file an additional affidavit with Judge Carter pretending to be the source of the “Bomford BC” as well.

Smith declared that he was with drawing from being a witness for Dr. Taitz in her case and he was not going to c”ompound Obama lies with Orly lies,” IIRC. Judge Carter admonished Taitz from the bench indirectly accusing her of this felony which enraged her but it showed that Judge Carter believed felon Smith.

Supporting Smith’s credibility to Judge Carter, Barry’s homosexual liaison, Larry Sinclair also filed an affidavit in that same case withdrawing himself as a witness to Obama’s cocaine use and claiming that Orly had asked him to also perjure himself.

Taitz planned to use the two as witnesses in her effort to prove Obama was born in Kenya and is not a legitimate president. However, the case was dismissed on Oct. 29 by U.S. District Judge David O. Carter without going to trial.

In his dismissal, Carter wrote, “the Court has received several sworn affidavits that Taitz asked potential witnesses that she planned to call before this Court to perjure themselves. This Court is deeply concerned that Taitz may have suborned perjury through witnesses she intended to bring before this Court.”

Believe me, I can understand why some of the people I really, really respect think this particular BC is bad news. In any matter involving integrity, Lucas Smith is not the person you’d want making your case.

I have this question. If this BC is a forgery, doesn’t that expose Lucas to legal liabilities? If I, for instance, submitted a forged BC to a court, I’d expect to face unpleasant consequences. [& I’m not even a felon going into the situation.] Does Lucas just not care if he runs afoul of the law again, or is he that confident of the authenticity of the BC?

At least the guy has a consistent story. That’s more than Obama can claim. Obama’s narrative changes with the direction of the winds. Though I don’t know that Smith’s story is legit, I have no reason to distrust him whereas I have heard many lies out of Obama’s mouth and his mouthpieces.
