PETITION: Reinstate Lt. Col. Terry Lakin into the U.S. Army with full rank, pay, benefits and pension immediately.

    Created by G.W. on January 21, 2017

The former Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin was a highly-decorated Army flight surgeon who questioned whether or not the orders he received from Obama were legitimate. Court-martialed, imprisoned, expelled from the Army and denied pay, pension and benefits, Terry was merely following his officer's oath and constitutional duty. It is an outrage that this was allowed to happen. Obama refused to answer Terry's letter and ended up producing a forged birth certificate. Terry who was a medical doctor is a valuable asset to the American military and the fact that his military chain of command and his congressional representatives allowed him to be court-martialed and run out of the army is an outrage for all Americans. This grave injustice needs to be addressed and corrected ASAP.

Petition Originator: Expelled Army Doctor Followed “Officer’s Oath” by Questioning Obama’s Legitimacy

      “SIMPLY UNCONSCIONABLE”

      1/22/2017

      Excerpt:

(Jan. 22, 2017) — On Saturday, Gary Wilmott launched a petition at whitehouse.gov titled “Reinstate Lt. Col. Terry Lakin into the U.S. Army with full rank, pay, benefits and pension immediately.”

The opportunity to post a citizen petition at whitehouse.gov began with the Obama White House with the requirement that 100,000 signatures be garnered within 30 days in order for the administration to take action on it.

Wilmott’s petition refers to former Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin, a decorated, 17-year U.S. Army flight surgeon who was dishonorably discharged in 2011 after questioning Barack Hussein Obama’s constitutional eligibility to hold the office of president and commander-in-chief.

          Excerpt:

(Jan. 24, 2017) — A petition asking that former Lt. Col. and Dr. Terrence Lakin be reinstated in the Army following his 2011 dishonorable discharge for having questioned Barack Hussein Obama’s eligibility shows 24 signatures as of 7:29 p.m. EST on Tuesday.

Launched on Saturday, dozens have reported signing or attempting to sign without having received the necessary confirmation link.

Based on solely the number of comments submitted in response to subject articles here, the number of signatories should theoretically be much higher. On Sunday evening, The Post & Email’s readership skyrocketed in response to its publication of an interview with the petition’s author, Gary Wilmott, which was widely circulated on Facebook and through email by supporters.

The petition does not yet appear to have the requisite 150 signatures to be placed in a visible place on the White House website, although a petition which could not have been launched before Saturday, when Wilmott launched his, has been moved to the main page.

            Excerpt:

(Jan. 29, 2017) — On Friday The Post & Email spoke with Marco Ciavolino, Trustee of the Terry Lakin Action Fund (TLAF), which was launched after former Lt. Col. Terry Lakin was court-martialed and sentenced to six months in Ft. Leavenworth prison in December 2010.

The fund was designed to provide for Lakin’s family during his imprisonment, imposed for his refusal to deploy to Afghanistan until seeing proof that Barack Hussein Obama was constitutionally eligible to serve as president and commander-in-chief.
